Бретта (ориг. Bretta) — стеснительный жучок, которого можно найти в Грибных пустошах.
Описание
Впервые Рыцарь встречается с Бреттой в Грибных пустошах, где она пребывает в полубредовом состоянии в связи с оранжевым облаком Чумы, которое затуманило её разум. После разговора Бретта отправится в Грязьмут, где её и можно встретить после. Она будет спать у себя дома или сидеть на скамейке на улице, при этом Бретта будет краснеть, если Рыцарь будет долго сидеть рядом с ней.
У Бретты имеется несколько рисунков и самодельных кукол Рыцаря, также она ведёт дневник, в котором пишет о своём «спасителе». Дома у Бретты можно найти осколок маски.
После прохождения Испытания воина в Колизее и победы над Зотом Могучим его можно будет встретить в Грязьмуте. Могучий принесёт шлем Защищённого глупца, показывая свой «трофей» из Колизея и утверждая, что теперь он является новым чемпионом, при этом будет пытаться опорочить репутацию Рыцаря. Всё это Бретта, внимательно и смущённо слушая, принимает за чистую монету, думая теперь, что Зот является героем. Обстановка в доме Бретты также меняется: куклы и изображения Рыцаря исчезают, вместо них на стене будет висеть портрет сияющего Зота, а запись в дневнике о Рыцаре сменится рассказом Бретты о «великих похождениях» Могучего.
После данных событий в домике Бретты появится проход в подвал, где будет стоять статуя Зота. Если поразить статую Гвоздём грёз, главный герой переместится в Грёзы и сможет сразиться с боссом грёз — Серым принцем Зотом. На заднем фоне арены можно будет увидеть отдыхающую Бретту и её Зотов-прислужников.
После нескольких побед над Серым принцем Бретта будет уже не с таким восторгом внимать словам Зота. Её лицо будет выражать некую усталость, при этом диалог Гвоздя грёз также изменится.
После четырёх побед над Серым принцем Бретта исчезнет из Грязьмута. В её личном дневнике появится новая запись, намекающая на то, что Бретта покинула городок и отправилась на поиски новой любви. Старейшина пожалуется, что теперь в Грязьмуте стало на одного собеседника меньше. Зот тем временем будет продолжать что-то громко рассказывать, но уже лишь самому себе.

Бретта — квестовый неигровой персонаж (NPC) в Hollow Knight. Первоначально она находится в Грибных Пустошах, где ее можно спасти.
История персонажа
Бретта — жук, ищущий спасителя. Она сильно влюбляется в Рыцаря после того, как он ее спасет. Бретта краснеет, если Рыцарь некоторое время сидит рядом с ней. В ее доме есть несколько рисунков и кукол Рыцаря, а также дневник, в котором она пишет о своем «спасителе».
Если Зот будет спасен и побежден в Колизее глупцов, Зот появится в Грязьмуте, и Bretta влюбится в него. Одна картина Зота заменяет куклы и рисунки Рыцаря, которые были у нее в доме.
В конце концов, Бретта покидает Халлоунест, считая Рыцаря просто зверем, а Зота — мелким. Она понимает, что не встретит спутника жизни, если будет сидеть без дела.

В Hollow Knight Бретту можно найти в Грибных пустошах, она сидит одна в темноте и бормочет себе под нос. Выслушав ее, она возвращается в Грязьмут, открывая свой дом и Осколок маски. Оказавшись там, она спит в своем доме и иногда сидит на скамейке.

Если и Зот, и Бретта находятся в Грязьмуте после того, как Зот был побежден в Колизее глупцов, в ее доме открывается новая комната, ведущая к статуе Зота. Если поразить статую Гвоздём грёз, он переносит Рыцаря в сон, где тот может сразиться с Серым Принцем Зотом.

Изначально Бретту можно найти в Грибных пустошах недалеко от юго-восточной части Деревни Богомолов, за статуей Трюкача. К ней можно добраться, продолжив движение на запад и впоследствии выполнив небольшое испытание на платформе.

Bretta is a Quest NPC in Hollow Knight. She is initially found in the Fungal Wastes where she can be rescued.
Lore
Bretta is a beetle[2] who is looking for a saviour. She has a massive crush on the Knight after she is rescued.[3] Bretta blushes if the Knight sits next to her for a while. She has several drawings and dolls of the Knight in her house, along with a diary where she writes about her “saviour”.
If Zote is saved and defeated in the Colosseum of Fools, Zote shows up in Dirtmouth and Bretta falls in love with him.[4] One single painting of Zote replaces the dolls and drawings of the Knight that she had in her house.
Eventually, Bretta leaves Hallownest, regarding the Knight as merely a beast, and Zote as being diminished.[5] She realizes that she will not meet her life’s companion if she sits idle.[5]
In-game events
Bretta can be found in the Fungal Wastes, sitting alone in the dark, muttering to herself. After listening to her, she heads back to Dirtmouth, unlocking her house and a Mask Shard. Once there, she sleeps in her house and occasionally sits on the Bench.
If both Zote and Bretta are in Dirtmouth after Zote has been defeated in the Colosseum of Fools, a new room opens up in her house leading to a statue of Zote. When this statue is Dream Nailed, it transfers the Knight to a dream where they can fight Grey Prince Zote.
Once Grey Prince Zote has been defeated 4 times or more, Bretta leaves over the Howling Cliffs and is not seen again.[6]

Bretta can initially be found in the Fungal Wastes near the southeast part of Mantis Village, past the statue of the Dash Master. She can be reached by continuing through a hidden opening west of the statue and subsequently completing a minor platforming challenge.

- Before the Lifeblood update, Bretta’s eyes were orange when she was first met in the Fungal Wastes.[8] This was removed or stopped working for unknown reasons.

Bretta is a Quest in Hollow Knight. Quests can provide rewards from items, unlocking Trophies/Achievements, and uncovering more information to the lore. Quests can only be activated by speaking to NPCs.

Bretta Walkthrough
To start things off, you will need to rescue Bretta from succumbing to the infection. She can be located in the southern area of Fungal Wastes near the Royal Waterways. The area is quite challenging to traverse, so you will need to acquire Monarch Wings, Mantis Claw, and Shade Cloak to aid you with reaching Bretta’s location.
Once you’ve reached the platform, similar to Sly, you’ll find an almost infected Bretta whos sanity comes back once you speak to her. She will thank you and return to her home in Dirtmouth – if you check your map for Dirtmouth, you will notice in the center that there are 5 egg-liked structures that are stuck to each other. Bretta’s house is the one at the farthest right.
Now, you’ll be able to unlock a new room, allowing you to step inside her house. And inside, you will find her sleeping, a Mask Shard as a reward, her diary for you to read, and at the background, trinkets that point out to The Knight which implies that she has grown affection towards The Knight for rescuing her and shows it by making figures and paintings of The Knight.
It may look like the quest has ended, but it doesn’t stop there. As you continue your journey, you will encounter Zote the Mighty twice in Greenpath and Deepnest who seems to be caught up in the middle of danger, you’ll encounter him almost being eaten and trapped, and you must save him twice before encountering him at the Colosseum of Fools. Once that is done, the third time you will encounter him will be at the Colosseum of Fools, where he will be the final boss at the Trial of the Warrior – all you have to do is defeat him to advance the quest.
After the most difficult battle and have defeated Zote THE Mighty, head back to Dirtmouth where you’ll find a mesmerized Bretta speaking to the ever-mighty Zote. Listen in on the conversation where Bretta gets drawn in the conversation and story of Zote’s quest of glory.
Once you’re done listening to the conversation, head back to Bretta’s house where you’ll find all the trinkets created in the image of The Knight has now been replaced into portraits and entries of Zote the Mighty. However, it may look like her obsession stops there but a passage that leads to her basement is now unlocked. Inspect the middle part of her house to head down into the basement where you’ll find a reimagined statue of Zote, the Grey Prince Zote. At this point, make sure you have the Dream Nail – as hitting the statue with the Dream Nail transports you into the dream world and boss arena of Grey Prince Zote.
To close this quest, defeat Grey Prince Zote 4 times. This will cause Bretta to leave Dirtmouth which explained by the Elderbug mentions that Bretta has left town to overcome her problem of obsession and worshipping heroes and wishes to discover herself – although he also mentions that she headed into the Howling Cliffs, Bretta is not found in the area.

Help with Bretta
I’ve seen her from the place where you get dashmaster, but I don’t really see how to get to her. Turned to wikis and guides to help but not finding anything. Odd that the wiki had a description of how she is after she’s rescued but basically nothing about actually rescuing her. Anyways, any of y’all know how to get to her?

When you’re in the room with dashmaster charm go through the left wall, there’a secret passage that leads to a room with two shroom warriors, leap to the left wall and climb up, there you go.

to the left of where you get the dashmaster charm, is a secret wall, just keep heading left in that room
She’ll only hurt you in the end. *sob*
However, you can only access her with walljump and some hardcore parkour.
Thank you guys so much, I haven’t had the opportunity to actually rescue her yet but with your advice I think I have it handled. Thanks again! 
Is it really possible to get to her only with Mantis Claw Ability? Or do I need the Ability to fly up?
I tried to climb up that left wall so many times now… :-/
