помогите пожалуйста не знаю что делать запускаю игру и вот такая ошибка: dx11 device creation fail 0x80010010. спасибо игра Naruto Shippuden:Ultimate Ninja Storm 4

What’s your GPU? It might not support DX11 and that’s the reason it’s not launching

Your graphics card. Go to windows start up menu, click the search bar, type in dxdiag and press enter. Then check the second window for the model.

so i checked and it says i have DirectX 11, but again im not sure how to post pictures in this discusion to hopefully help more

Just post the model of your GPU here, it’s all that’s really needed to check.

Laptop, on my pc works. Windows 7 Professional. Proccessor : Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM Memory, Nvidia GeForce GT 330M, DirectX11

I checked the specification of your videocard and it doesn t support Directx11 only Directx10 :

Sorry the minimun requirement for videocards to run the game is directx11 and shader model 5.0, your videocard is below this, you can t run this game in your laptop.

It works now, I solved. Now I have laggs, how to resolve them?

First thing, do what Sharingan Warrior kept posting for weeks on similar threads. Which is: updating graphics card’s drivers, updating dx11 (latest version is 11.1 for win7 and 11.2 for win8, dx12 for win10) and finally getting the latest version of microsoft framework or something. Then open the settings text and put V-Sync value to 0. If you have an NVIDIA card, open its control panel, manually set V-Sync to ON (not on application or off) and change mode for high performance; neglecting to do those steps, especially in the case of owning NVIDIA card, will always get you this error again and again. I preordered game and was well within minimum requirements, but i got this error all the time, forcing me to refund.

I finally managed to get the game running normally with FIRST update (not second), pirated from torrent. Now it works almost fine for me. I didn’t try second update because i couldn’t find a torrent yet and i didn’t want to risk that either; some people report that it broke some things for them and generally caused trouble.

Sorry to tell you this , but that GPU isnt compatible with dx11, its only up to dx10.1. that is why its failing

seem your AMD Radeon 4600 only can run DirectX 10.1. the game required graphic card which support DirectX 11.

It seems Delta won t be able to run Storm 4 game.

how about mine i have the same error to but i have nvidia GT 555m im able to run dx 11.2 and still cant run the game i have also tryed every step imaginable
