To find your drone’s serial number via the DJI Fly App, follow the follow these three simple steps:

• Open the App screen and tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner.
• From the menu, tap on the “About” section on the right side.
• Scroll down until you see “Flight Controller SN” and a 14-digit alphanumeric number in front of it. That’s your serial number.
