Не запускается Stellaris

После нажатия кнопки играть в лаунчере, почти моментально вылетает окно с ошибкой, а точнее “Paradox Crash Reporter” сталкивался кто с такой-же проблемой?
Запускается только одна версия 2.2.7 , все что выше выдают краш(

I haven’t played Stellaris in many months and tried to launch the game again today. I had to update the launcher twice, version is now 2020.13. After that, I am no longer able to start the game. Ever time I hit the play button in the launcher, the splash screen comes up and a few seconds later, I see the Paradox crash reporter, before the actual loading screen of the game starts. I sent like 6 reports already, so you might check your inbox

I tried everything that is mentioned here, without success:

If you have problems starting the game in any way, try the following:

Set the game to run in windowed mode instead of fullscreen

Disable any user made mods

Verify the game cache (right click Stellaris in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> “Verify integrity of game cache”)

Delete the …DocumentsParadox InteractiveStellaris -folder on your computer (make sure to backup any save files you may have in there)

Restart the Steam client

Go to …SteamsteamappscommonStellaris and starting stellaris.exe by right clicking and selecting “Run as Administrator”

Add ‘stellaris.exe’ to exclusion list on any anti-malware or anti-virus software. Stellaris will try to write to your ‘Documents‘ -folder, which may cause some security software to react.

If the game still won’t start after doing the above steps, then completely reinstall the game.

My DxDiag is attached. I hope you can help me fix this.

That’s an odd one .. some of the Stellaris crashes are in LightFX.dll (which I’ve not seen before) and some in the Windows module ntdll.dll . Not sure what to make of that to be honest!

Exit the Steam app entirely and run stellaris.exe by itself. Is there any error when it fails now?

Same thing unfortunately. The splash screen comes up normally, a few seconds later when the game loading screen is supposed to be displayed, I see a white window for a split second and then the Paradox crash reporter.

I was looking through everything and I spotted something…odd.

Your Nvidia Driver seems to be on an update that, if I’m looking at their site correctly, doesn’t exist.

The last driver update for your card was on Oct 7th this year, and it is version 456.71 yet somehow you are on version 5671

Double check that you have the most up to date version of your Nvidia Driver

if GeForce experience isn’t showing an update then you may need to uninstall that previous driver update and redownload the one on their site that is the most up to date

This must be an issue with dxdiag, both my system information and GeForce experience show the correct driver version.

I did a re-install of the driver just in case, but it did not change anything.

1) Try running Stellaris without any mods active (I remember you saying in your other post that you had checked the mods, but I’m not sure if you did this. If you have, then just skip this entirely)

2) Uninstall Stellaris and remove/delete any left over files/folders from your PC pertaining to Stellaris and do a clean reinstall [then run the game, no mods, and see if issue persists]

I’ll hold off on giving out that last ditch effort fix in hopes one of the mods here can find another solution

Warning: To be used as…well…a last ditch effort

Factory Reset your computer

once you have factory reset your PC

get all your system updates first
then updates for your graphics card
then reinstall steam and stellaris
make sure all mods are disabled in the launcher
start up stellaris and see what happens

if that doesn’t fix your problem, then I’m flat out of ideas

No other ideas?
I am not going to format my PC just for Stellaris. I have lots of other games, I am also using it as a work station for homeoffice and I have no issues whatsoever.

Are you talking about the launcher screen or actual game, I kinda of have this issue game refueses to let me play fullscreen will lock up and crash no matter what I do. But if I choose borderless on the launch screen then all is ok.

I now see you have a gamepad plugged in, please try unplugging that before starting the game.

IF that doesn’t help, In the game launcher please set Display mode to Borderless.

IF that doesn’t help, Please do a full **clean** re-install:

– move any valued save games elsewhere, and user_empire_designs.txt from /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/ if you have made any custom empires or races.
– “uninstall” in Steam-Stellaris
– manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Stellaris AND Documents/Paradox/Stellaris folders
– re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
– add stellaris.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware “Apps Allowed Through” list.
– start the game with no mods active and test

In particular you need to make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam Stellaris or Documents Stellaris locations, before installing again.

Also if you have FRAPS or the MSI Gaming App or Rivatuner installed, disable it as it clashes with this game.

If that doesn’t help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu ‘run’ dialog box (or ‘search programs’ in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the ‘save all information’ button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Согласен, правда в этот раз аваст закосил под партизана притом что после первой установки я потерпел фиаско и решил переустановить это творчество параходов с отключенным антивирусом и также запустил, но снова краш.

Fixes to try:

You may not have to try them all, just work your way down the list until you find the one that works for you.

Fix 1: Run Stellaris as an administrator

To ensure Stellaris has full access to game files and folder on your computer, you should run the game and game launcher as as administrator. Follow the instruction below:

1) Right-click Steam on your desktop and select Properties.

2) Click the Compatibility tab, then check the box next to Run this program as an administrator.

3) Click Apply > OK.

4) Right-click Stellaris, then select Properties.

5) Click the Compatibility tab, then check Run this program as an administrator.

6) Click Apply, then OK.

7) Relaunch your game to test your issue.

If the crashing issue continues to occur, move on to the fix below.

Fix 2: Update your graphics driver

You may encounter the Stellaris crashing issue when you are using the wrong graphics driver or it’s out of date. When something goes wrong with your game, try updating your graphics driver to see if it fixes your problem. There are two ways you can do this:

Manual driver update – You can update your graphics driver manually by going to the manufacturer’s website for your graphics product, and searching for the most recent correct driver. Be sure to choose only driver that is compatible with your Windows version.

Automatic driver update – If you don’t have the time, patience or computer skills to update your graphics driver manually, you can, instead, do it automatically with Driver Easy. Driver Easy will automatically recognize your system and find the correct driver for your graphics product, and your Windows version, and it will download and install them correctly:

1) Download and install Driver Easy.

Fix 3: Verify the integrity of your game files

1) Run Steam.

2) Click LIBRARY.

3) Right-click Stellaris and select Properties.

4) Click the LOCAL FILES tab, then click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES.

This could take several minutes. Wait for the process to be complete.

Relaunch your game to see if this has resolved your issue. If no, try the fix below.

Fix 4: Disable fullscreen optimizations

1) Right-click Stellaris, then select Properties.

5) Click the Compatibility tab, then check Disable fullscreen optimizations.

6) Click Apply, then OK.

Relaunch your game to see if it runs correctly now. If your issue still exists, try the fix below.

Fix 5: Check the DEP setting

Data Execution Prevention is a Windows feature that monitors your programs to make sure they use system memory safely. It can shut down a program automatically when the program is identified as malicious. So, you may run into the crashing issue when DEP blocks your game.

1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and E at the same time.

2) Right-click This PC, then click Properties.

3) Click Advanced system settings.

3) Under Performance, click Settings.

4) Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, then check the DEP setting is set to Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only.

6) Click OK.

7) Relaunch your game to see if this worked for you.

If the game is still unplayable, read on and try the next fix.

Fix 6: Run your game on compatibility modes

1) Right-click Stellaris, then select Properties.

2) Click the Compatibility tab. Then check the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for.

3) Click the list box below to select Windows 7.

4) Click Apply > OK.

5) Relaunch your game to check if your issue had been resolved.

If your issue still exists, move on to the next fix, below.

Fix 7: Check for Windows updates

1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key. Then, type windows update and select Windows Update settings.

2) Click Check for updates, and then wait for Windows to download and install the updates automatically.

Restart your computer and your game. If your issue still exists, try the fix, below.

Fix 8: Perform a clean reboot

Your game may crash because of interference from certain services or programs running on your computer. To see if that’s the problem for you, try performing a clean boot. Here is how:

If you’re on Windows 7…

1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to open the Run dialog box.

2) Type msconfig. Then, on your keyboard, press the Enter, Shift and Ctrl keys at the same time to run System configuration as administrator.

3) Uncheck the box next to Load startup items. Then click Apply.

4) Click the Services tab, and then check the box next to Hide all Microsoft services.

5) Click Disable all.

6) Click Apply.

7) Click the Startup tab.

8) Uncheck the box next to the program that you want to prevent it from auto-launching, and then click OK.

Only disable programs that you know that you don’t need to launch automatically at startup. You should keep your antivirus launching automatically for safety.

9) Click Restart and wait for your computer to restart.

10) After your computer restarts, relaunch your game to test your issue.

If your game runs correctly, that means one of the services or programs on your PC conflicts with your game.

Нарк, файл нашёл не в корне, а просто в папке с игрой

Второй раз пишу, ответа не получил. У меня хойка и европа не запускаются. При запуске постоянно вылет и paradox crash reporter. Это продолжается уже больше полугода, я перепробовал все методы из интернета, запускал в окне, запускал от имени администратора, удалял папку Hearts of Iron 4 с диска C, чистил кэш. Не помогает вообще ничего, paradox crash reporter как выскакивал, так и выскакивает. Дело может быть в оперативе, ведь на моем ноутбуке её всего 4 гига, но и на старом компе тоже было 4 гига, и игра запускалась нормально. Драйвера все обнвлены. Знает кто как это пофиксить?
