We’re aware of the ongoing issues with the Gameforge Client and Steam Launcher.

The technical team is looking into the root cause of the errors being thrown, which currently block us all from accessing the SOLO servers.

Once we have an update, we’ll let you know

The error is also affecting the gameforge launcher as well. But you are right it would be nice for them to communicate on steam as well not just by replying to a forum post on the gameforge website.

Swords of Legends Online: Fix “Internal Server Error: None”

Step into the shoes of a cultivator in this gorgeous Free-To-Play MMORPG!

Swords of Legends Online can be described in a single world: Breathtaking.  Out of all the MMORPGs I touched, this is by far the most beautiful one and it’s easy to get lost in the game’s world.  It offers a vast majority of things you can do.  Whether you’re into casual house-building or hardcore raiding, the game caters to all walks of life in it’s playerbase.

As with a lot of MMORPGs there is a caveat to being free to play.  One of the errors that plagued players when the game launched for the western audiences is the pesky “Internal Server Error:None”.

While this should have been fixed by the developers in a patch long ago, if you are still experiencing this issue, there is a known solution that proved effective against this roadblock.

Fix “Internal Server Error: None” In Swords Of Legends Online

In most cases Verifying Integrity of Game Files does not really fix this issue since it’s more a client-side problem than anything Steam offers. The solution is pretty much a simple one, albeit a really annoying thing to do.

Their servers seem to clash with some antiviruses, and usually, disabling your antivirus while getting into the game seems to have solved the problem for most people experiencing it.  Every antivirus has a different way of disabling it.

Simply turn off the antivirus you’re currently using as you’re getting into the game and you can enable it again once you’re in.  It’s not a permanent fix as you would need to do it every time you get in the game, but it works nonetheless.

Hopefully, the developers can offer a more permanent solution for players that still experience this issue!

Swords of Legends Online is an MMORPG set on Chinese mythology and is currently available on Steam. We haven’t had any luck with the game because of server issues, but there are so many other problems with the game. It’s one of the most bugged games in a while, at least on the first day. Maybe the devs would get to the bottom of the problems and straighten it out. Either that or the game would fade away like so many others. A lot of users have been getting the Swords of Legends Online ‘Internal server error: none’ Error. Here is what you need to know.

Swords of Legends Online ‘Internal server error: none’ Error

The error message is exactly what it says, there is an internal problem with the server. If you were playing the game and it suddenly froze, the reason is the servers went offline, and being an online game that requires content server connection, the game cannot continue.

Swords of Legends Online ‘Internal server error: none’ Error and a lot of other problems with the game are thanks to the servers. Here is what the developer has to say about the issue,

“NA Server issues

We are aware of and investigating a drop in performance on the NA server (crashes / server down). We will let you know once we’ve identified the issue and know what steps we’re taking. Sorry guys, we hope to get it fixed soon!

Your SOLO Team”

As the problem is on the server end, things are out of your control and you cannot do anything about it, but wait for the developers to bring the server back up online. The only reason we can imagine the server issues with the game is the developers did not anticipate the demand and that’s causing strain on the server.

They are probably working on upgrading the servers. So, let’s wait and see when the servers come online. Once the servers are back up you should not see the ‘Internal server error: none’ Error.

Swords of Legends Online is an MMORPG released exclusively for PC. Usually, games focused towards a single platform are often well-optimized. While it’s true for the game, but PC players are reporting that Swords of Legends Online is facing errors and issues like Script Error, Internal server error, in-game crash, white screen at launch, crash at startup, and more. Below I have compiled a list of errors and issues that PC players are experiencing with Swords of Legends Online along with their fixes and workarounds.

Swords of Legends Online is the latest MMORPG in the PC marketplace and PC players are loving the game. The game features incredible combat mechanics along with an epic story. While the game is well-optimized, PC gamers report errors and issues with Swords of Legends Online like Script Error, Internal server error, in-game crash, white screen at launch, crash at startup.

The following are the errors and issues that PC players are experiencing with the game along with their fixes and workarounds.

Crash Fix

PC players are reporting that Swords of Legends Online is crashing while playing and here is how to fix it. One reason for Swords of Legends Online to crash could be corrupt or missing game files. Verify Game files and Steam will start downloading the missing or corrupt files. Once the download is complete, launch the game and Swords of Legends Online won’t crash anymore.

GPU driver is another one of the reasons why the game is crashing. Reinstall or update the GPU driver and make sure to do a clean installation. This will fix the issue.

Using third-party tools and software like MSI Afterburner, RGB software, and the likes can cause Swords of Legends Online to crash. Even using the in-game overlay of these software can cause the game to crash. Disable any third-party software you have installed and also disable in-game overlays for Steam, Discord, and Geforce Experience. This will fix the Swords of Legends Online in-game crash.

If the above fixes didn’t work then your GPU is the culprit behind the in-game crash issue. Either the GPU is overclocked or the GPU isn’t handling the game’s load very well and crashing the game.

If the GPU is overclocked then revert it to its default GPU clock. In case the GPU isn’t overclocked, then use MSI Afterburner and reduce the GPU clock by 100 MHz or alternatively, reduce the game graphics settings.

In case you don’t want to mess with the GPU clock or reduce the graphics setting, players can cap the game’s Max FPS. Open Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > select Swords of Legends Online from the list. Enable Max FPS Limit and set the value for the Max FPS. Players can just outright cap the game at 30 FPS or they can do a bit of trial and error to figure out at which value the game becomes stable. This will fix the Swords of Legends Online in-game crash.

Internal Server Error Fix

PC players are reporting that they are experiencing the Internal Server Error and are unable to play Swords of Legends Online. The reason this error is occurring could be due to the firewall or anti-virus/Windows Defender.

Either disable the real-time protection in your anti-virus software or exclude the Swords of Legends Online’s folder from the anti-virus. Also, allow the game through the firewall. After that, verify the game files and Steam will probably download some files. Then launch the game and players won’t experience the Internal Server Error again.

White Screen At Launch Fix

Swords of Legends Online PC players are reporting that they are unable to play the game they get a white screen when they start the game. To fix the white screen at launch issue, right-click Swords of Legends Online in Steam > manage > Browse local files. Rename SOLO_Launcher to SOLO_Launcher2 and gujianol.exe to SOLO_Launcher. Launch the game and it’ll work just fine and players won’t experience the white screen issue.

Unable To Press Start Fix

According to PC players, they can’t start Swords of Legends Online as they can’t press enter in the game. This can be easily fixed. Close the game, right-click Swords of Legends Online in Steam > Properties > type ‘new’ under Launch Option and press OK. Start Swords of Legends Online and players will be able to press start.

Script Error Fix

Script Error in Swords of Legends Online is being reported by a number of PC players. Apparently, the Script Error for the game s being caused by the browser. Some PC players have reported that updating the Internet Explorer to Internet Explorer 11 fixes the Script Error in Swords of Legends Online.

Game Not Starting, Crash At Startup Fix

Swords of Legends Online PC players are reporting that the game is crashing at launch or not starting at all. Here is how to fix the Swords of Legends Online crash at startup issue.

For some players, the game might be showing White Screen at launch, see under “White Screen at launch fix” to check how to fix this issue.

Your anti-virus/Windows Security might be blocking important game files. To fix the issue players can either disable real-time protection or exclude the game’s install folder from the anti-virus/Windows Security.

The process to disable real-time protection or excluding the game’s folder varies from anti-virus to anti-virus. To disable real-time protection in Windows Security, open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > click “Manage Settings” under “Virus & Threat Protection settings” > turn off “real-time protection”. To exclude the game’s folder from Windows Security, Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > click Manage Settings under “Virus & threat protection settings” > click “add or remove exclusions” under “Exclusions”. Browse to the game’s folder and add it. One you have done either of the above, verify the game files and the issue will be fixed.

Right-click Swords of Legends Online in Steam > Manage > Browse local files. Launch the game directly from its exe and players might get an error similar to “vcruntime140_1.dll or MSVCP140.dll Was Not Found”. This error is not letting Swords of Legends Online to run on your PC. Players can fix this error by installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables both x64 and x86 versions.

That is all for our Swords of Legends Online fixes for errors and issues like Script Error, in-game crash, white screen at launch, internal server error, and more. Internal Server Error: None

I’ve got 40 hours in this game and have never once had an issue. Today I got this error message and e tried everything I could find on google, and that wasn’t very much. I even contacted them directly and can’t seem to find a solution. Tried firewall, checked the files and for updates, I’ve restarted and anything else I could think of. Please help!
