Решение

Речь идёт не о драйверах, а об утилите, которая именно от материнки Асрок. Драйверов не бывает для Асрока или Микростар. Драйвера пишет производитель микросхем.

Cause of “This utility is not for this platform” on various motherboards

I have an x570 Phantom Gaming 4. The restart to UEFI (and other) utility programs had been working fine. For some time now they give this error msg. I did some testing and found that reverting to bios 2.60 FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! (Your bios number will depend on what MB you have). There are 3 bioses after 2.60 (3.00, 3.10, and 3.20) – None of them work. There seems to be some incompatibility between the newer bioses and the utility programs. This is something that Asrock needs to fix. Hope this may be of some help, even if it doesn’t provide a real fix.
