I just spoke w/Adobe. This dialog box and its reference to information is only for and is restricted to our personal Acrobat accounts and is not for access to or by any outside party or parties. Adobe said that, in fact, we have to “Allow” this or we will not be able to view documents that are not stored on our machines or stored in the cloud.

Hi all,
Please note that we have released a patch today that should mitigate the repeated pop-up issue for most configurations. However, there are a few leftover cases for which we are actively working with Apple to address them.
This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply
ask a new question.
My Safari keeps asking me on quit: “PluginProcess wants to use your confidential information stored in “v4.services.acrobat.com” in your keychain.”
I cannot find any references of this on Google, Adobe or Mac forums.
Is this legitimate? Or is there a way to get rid of this if it is a problem?

What is v4.services.acrobat.com?
How do I prevent the following dialog from appearing in Safari. I don’t see why Adobe would need certain information. Since “deny” doesn’t seem to impact anything, I would like to “Always Deny”. I have already disabled the adobe plugins within Safari. I am observing this in the latest High Sierra. I have latest Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop installed through Adobe Creative Cloud.

I cannot add a comment so I am posting this as answer. Can you share a screenshot of your activity monitor. Since plugin is requesting keychain access for Acrobat, Acrobat safari plugin process should show in Activity monitor. Also are you getting this even when not opening PDF?
While opening PDF on Safari doesn’t need any keychain access in itself, Acrobat services are available in browser too and since these are paid, it needs to check user login for which keychain access is required. Unfortunately Apple doesn’t give a Deny Always.Check Here.
You can try adding safari plugin process to allowed application in keychain “v4.services.acrobat.com”. The process is /System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/XPCServices/com.apple.WebKit.Plugin .64.xpc. Please note that this will actually allow access to plugin process and won’t ask you again. Use keychain Access app, search for keychain item “v4.services.acrobat.com” and add this in allowed application. This is what Always Allow effectively does.
If you are not interested in opening PDFs on Safari, you can delete Acrobat plugins from /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/. Its named AdobePDFViewer,AdobePDFViewerNPAPI. Or move them to disabled. This would definitely fix it but you wont be able to open pdf on Safari using Acrobat.

Информация для Acrobat 8 и ниже
Чтобы избежать дальнейшего продвижения кривотолков объясню, как оно есть на самом деле.
Никакой из всех способов, предложенных в этом репаке кролика работать не будет. Даже, если у кого то и активируется, то активация все равно слетит в течении нескольких дней.
Единственный на сегодня способ активации это проделать следующее:
1. Сбросить триал (поменять одну цифру в строке) ‘<Data key=”TrialSerialNumber”>xxxxxxxxxxxx’ в файле C:Program Files (x86)AdobeAcrobat DCAcrobatAMTapplication.xm
2. Добавить параметр в реестр, который отвечает за проверку ID “IsAMTEnforced”=dword:00000001 в разделе HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWOW6432NodeAdobeAdobe AcrobatDCActivation
3. Использовать эмулятор amtemu 0.9.2 для пропатчивания библиотеки amtlib.dll
Все! Ни какие километровые записи в hosts вносить не нужно!
Или воспользоваться уже готовым решением “ActivationAcrobat”.
Этот активатор проделывает все три выше описанных пункта одним кликом.
Скажу сразу, что автор активатора поделился исходным кодом и гарантирую, что кроме проделки этих пунктов ничего лишнего в нем нет.
Кто сам параноик или у кого говнозащитник и говноантивирус параноик просьба не писать чушь.

При этом способе активация слетит только в случае обновления на новую версию. Тогда придется кликнуть еще раз на активатор.
Отключить Adobe Sign-in-Acrobat DC
я упаковал установку для Acrobat DC с помощью Creative Cloud Packager, все устанавливается правильно, но во время тестирования я заметил, что каждый раз, когда я запускаю Acrobat DC или открыть PDF окно будет всплывающее с просьбой для входа Adobe. Это раздражает, и я еще не нашел способ отключить его.
Это выглядит так: 
Я попробовал мастер настройки Acrobat DC и не вижу никаких вариантов для отключения экрана входа. Я также попробовал несколько записей реестра.
Я уверен, что должно быть свойство MSI, о котором я просто не знаю.

Я в конечном итоге основные во всплывающем окне входа Adobe создание пакета файлов лицензий С Adobe Creative Cloud Packager и применение этого после установки пакета Acrobat DC.
Это не кажется необходимым с другими продуктами Creative Cloud из того, что я вижу.
